A film based on Dungeons & Dragons has been given a title and release date

The upcoming Dungeons & Dragons game movie has finally been given a title and release date.
The film, Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, will hit theaters March 3, 2023.This news comes from today's D&D Direct, which also made a number of announcements for the blockbuster tabletop role-playing game.
New expansions, new board games and new media were all told during the 30-minute show, and the film's title was announced through two-thirds of the presentation.Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez, Justice Smith, Rhege-Jean Page, Sophia Lillis and Hugh Grant will play the lead roles as the evil Lord Neverwinter, and Honor Among Thieves, oddly enough, will be a fantasy film about adventurers.
The film's synopsis was released last May by Paramount and told of a group of maverick heroes who get together to get rich, but are betrayed by one of them.
A former Harper turned thief escapes from prison with his partner, a female barbarian, and reunites with a talentless wizard and a new druid on their team to rob the rogue who stole all their loot during the robbery that put them behind bars and used it to become Lord Neverwinter.
Only the traitor has allied himself with the powerful Red Wizard, who has something far more sinister in store.According to today's presentation, the filming of \"Honor Among Thieves\" is complete and it is on its way to an exciting journey next March.
