Bungie failed to sue the creators of cheats for Destiny

Most of the lawsuits that Bungie filed against the cheat site AimJunkies were dismissed by the court.
The company accused the cheat creators of copyright and trademark infringement, as well as breach of contract, \"tortious interference\" and \"unjust enrichment.\" In response, representatives of AimJunkies stated that the cheat software is their intellectual property and not a copy of Bungie code.
As for other claims of Destiny's creators, in accordance with the provisions of Bungie's end user license agreement, they are sorted out of court, but the case of trademark infringement may be considered in court: AimJunkies advertised their game unfairness, using the phrase Destiny 2 Hacks.
Other claims Bungie will have to file out of court.
