Bandai Namco today updated the Japanese website of the upcoming JRPG One Piece Odyssey with new screenshots and details.According to the story, the Straw Hat Pirates are stranded due to a violent storm on an island called \"Waflid,\" which is full of natural beauty and apparently surrounded by storms.They are separated from their friends and the ship \"Tausend Sonny\" has sunk.Luffy and his crew embark on a new adventure to escape from an island surrounded by storms.We will also see a colossal statue confronting the Straw Hat pirates, various monsters and mysterious ruins scattered everywhere on Waffle Island, and many mysteries blocking our heroes' way.What could their secret be? + 10 more picturesOne Piece Odyssey will be released in 2022 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC.If you're not familiar with One Piece, the original manga by Eiichiro Oda came out in 1997 in the popular Shueiusha magazine \"Weekly Shounen Jump\" and continues to this day, recently released with volume 100.It started one of the longest-running anime series of all time, which recently survived its 1000th series.Of course, many movies, video games have been made, and a series with live actors is also being released on Netflix.
