Xbox reported the best non-holiday quarter in its history

Microsoft released its gaming division's financial report for the quarter ended March 31.
In a nutshell, Phil Spencer continues to just stand...Highlights:Total revenue increased 6% year-over-year to $3.74 billion.Content and services revenue increased 4%, accounting for 81% of total revenue.
Increases in Game Pass subscribers and game sales from Microsoft are partially offset by declines in game sales from other companies.Hardware revenue increased 14%, accounting for 19% of total revenue.
That's thanks to the Xbox Series, which has become a leader in non-Xtgen consoles in the U.S., Canada, the U.K.
and Western Europe, having the best non-holiday quarter in Xbox history, said Daniel Ahmad, senior analyst at Niko Partners.
