Call of Duty: Mobile has been downloaded 650 million times

In its annual report, Activision announced how Call of Duty: Mobile is doing.
Things are going well - the number of downloads of the game has reached 650 million.Judging by the statement from the report, Activision is pleased with the success of the portable branch:We also continued to demonstrate the potential of our console and PC franchises on mobile devices.
After launching in China, Call of Duty Mobile had a record year, with annual consumer spending on the game well over $1 billion.
More than 650 million people downloaded Call of Duty Mobile worldwide, and the number of people playing Call of Duty on mobile devices each month in 2021 nearly equaled the number who play on consoles and PC.
That's an impressive accomplishment given the success of the notional free-to-play Warzone on consoles and PC, but we see even more promise ahead - we're assembling an impressive and talented in-house development team creating a mobile version of Warzone that we expect will help take the Call of Duty franchise to new heights.
Last week, the publisher revealed that more than 3,000 Activision employees are involved in the Call of Duty series - that's over 30% of the company's workforce (about 9,800 people) and almost half of all developers (6,800).Activision also says there's over 650 million downloads of Call of Duty: Mobile, and that active players on Mobile each month in 2021 almost matched the active console & PC player base.
