Dead Cells will soon receive an update with a list of accessibility settings

2022 is just getting close to the middle, but by the Dead Cells writers' admission, it has already become the busiest year for the team.
The experts have released The Queen and the Sea add-on and a free bank robbery addon, but they're not going to stop there.
A major patch with accessibility settings is being prepared.According to Matthew Houghton, marketing manager at Motion Twin Studios, work on the latest update has been going on for four months.
To make Dead Cells more accessible, the developers went in two directions: create special settings and add a help mode.
What the advanced options include:Improved key reassignment: you do not have to use all the buttons of the controller.Hold buttons if frequent pressing causes difficulty.
For example, you can now hold down a button for a somersault or double-jump.Customizable interface scale and transparency.Customizable text size, although the game \"strongly dislikes\" when letters are resized.
The team does not stop trying to fix it, but does not promise to add this feature to the final update.Selecting the desired font style and its color.Changing the color of characteristics and displaying their icons next to the characteristics of the hero.The presence of an outline of enemies, projectiles, active skills and secrets.Mode without blood.Adjusting the maximum number of particles.Setting the volume of individual sound effects.Example objects with outlines.Help mode consists of several disabling mechanisms and more detailed gameplay settings.
Among them:Continuation - after death, the hero is revived at the beginning of the biome.Auto-attacks - the character automatically hits the nearest opponent with a melee weapon.Settings for trap damage, enemies and from health points as a percentage.Extended window for parrying and activating traps.Among other things, old weapons will be redesigned, and the cost of items found in the early stages of the game will be reduced.
The more difficulty and progression the game develops, the less tedious the gameplay should be.Hopefully, these changes will allow more people to enjoy Dead Cells, and if the default version already holds the right balance for you, then all these changes are unnecessary - just leave the game as it is, and continue to have fun :) All these additions should appear in Dead Cells soon - the developers do not give an exact release date.
