Pokemon Legends: Arceus sold more than 12.64 million copies worldwide

The Pokemon Company and Nintendo released two major new Pokemon games in just over two months: Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl were released last November, and Pokemon Legends: Arceus was released this January.
In its latest quarterly earnings report, Nintendo announced updated sales figures for both games, and both are impressively popular.Pokemon Legends: Arceus sold over 12.64 million units worldwide (up from 6.5 million units as of early February), and Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl sold 14.65 million units (up from 13.97 million units as of late December).The numbers for both games are impressive to say the least.
In fact, Pokemon Legends: Arceus sold 11.4 million units in its first 10 weeks of launch alone.
Meanwhile, Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl were the best-selling Pokemon remakes to date.Both games are likely to maintain steady sales momentum for the foreseeable future (especially Pokemon Legends), and Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, which will be released later this year, will also be in high demand.
