Rumor: Skull & Bones will be released in September, but skepticism hangs around the game

A couple of days ago a gameplay describing Skull & Bones features was leaked to the web.
The unofficial information doesn't end there - the freshness was brought by Kotaku and Tom Henderson.KotakuIf we believe the publication's sources, Ubisoft was planning to release the pirate action game this spring.
Then the release date was changed to summer and then to September.According to Kotaku, Skull & Bones now costs over $200 million to produce - including due to an agreement with the Singapore government in exchange for generous subsidies.
That's a huge budget, and lest it grow even bigger, the game needs to be released as quickly as possible. An Ubisoft spokesperson confirmed the leak and promised to announce details soon:We confirm that this is a demo of our upcoming Skull & Bones game.
We recently did some technical testing, and some details of it have been made public.
This video was taken from an early version of the game and does not reflect the quality and features of the final version.
We'll share more details soon.Skull & Bones as a service game is expected to continue to evolve after release.
But its former developers aren't convinced that the entertainment will be able to provide players and even the publisher with what's expected of it.
At the very least, Reddit users aren't happy with what they saw in the leak.Keep your eyes on the horizon...

Here's why:There will only be sea battles - no fighting on land or aboard ship. You can't leave the ship even to gather resources.
To gather materials on land (e.g.
ore, wood and provisions) you have to look at them from the ship and press the button. Also assault settlements and forts - first you have to weaken the target with cannon fire and then your team will raid it for you.
The player all this time remains on deck.Go down on land can only communicate with NPC, improve the ship, selling loot, and so on.Merged gameplay. What else Henderson told:Ships are divided into five levels: small, medium, large, and others.
Ships can be \"tweaked\" for different styles of play with different abilities:Combat - withstands and does high damage.Exploration - moves quickly.Cargo - holds a lot of cargo.Crew morale is one of the most important elements of Skull & Bones.
If this indicator drops too low, your crew can capture and even destroy their own ship.World events include battles with mythical creatures.
Probably, at least the Kraken, that was shown in the first game's trailer, will appear.Officially Skull & Bones will start on PC, PlayStation and Xbox until April 2023.The first Skull & Bones trailer - the Kraken appears here.
