Google has banned Russian developers from uploading paid applications to its store.The company's decision took effect on May 5. At the same time, according to the official blog, the developers can make their applications completely free, and Google's decision will not affect the payments to the authors.As for the free applications, they can be downloaded from Google Play and updated, as before. Earlier, the company required developers to give people more information about how apps collect, share and protect user data.Developers must fill out this section for their apps by July 20.That said, the section is already open to users.
