The grim soulslayer Thymesia will be released on August 9

Thymesia is both an action RPG and soulslayer with dynamic battles and a morbid weapon system.
Its creators from OverBorder and Team17 have set a release date after last year's postponement.
Now the release of the action game will take place near the end of the summer.Once the kingdom went gold thanks to alchemy.
But after learning the price of these riches, they tried to ban the secret art.
This decision had dire consequences: the collapse of the state, the emergence of terrifying monsters and an epidemic of plague.
The key to what happened is hidden somewhere in the lost memory of Corvus, the protagonist of the adventure.The project has several features:After defeating the boss, the character masters the power of disease and uses it as a weapon.Corvus can turn into a raven - his sharp feathers damage enemies.The story has several endings, which depend on decisions made and items collected.The combat system relies mostly on parry and evasion - see the gameplay excerpt.
Corvus' characteristics need to be improved as you go, and his skills can be adjusted for different play styles.Plague Slasher will see the light of day on August 9 on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series.
From May 2 to 9 there will be another festival in the Valve store, in which a demo version of Thymesia will be available.
The demo won't stop by the consoles, so the developers advise console gamers to look for a friend with a PC.
