The new Persona 5 Royal ports will include all DLC (at least on Xbox and Windows store)

Persona 5 Royal had a lot of small DLC.
It seems that when the game will be ported to new platforms, there will be no need to buy this stuff or be sorry for its absence: according to Persona Central citing a statement from Atlus, all add-ons for Royal will be included by default in the fresh ports.
Royal had over 40 DLC, but nothing of any story significance: Costumes and music from Persona I, II, III and IV, as well as from Shin Megami Tensei If..., Persona 4 Dancing All Night, Persona 5 Dancing in Starlight, Persona 4 Arena, Shin Megami Tensei IV, Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey Redux, Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth and Catherine.
New themed costumes, like swimsuits or maid looks.Several costumes specifically for Kasumi, a new character from Royal.New personas to summon.Expendable sets.Additional battle-tests for the Velvet Room.Strictly speaking, all DLC in Persona 5 Royal is only confirmed for the Xbox and Windows store versions, Persona Central writes.
Whether Atlus is hiding another weird trick here is unclear: Persona 5 Royal will also be released on Steam and PS5, but there's no word yet on their fate.
Will Atlus have enough craziness to give the game with all the DLC in Game Pass, and sell the version without them on Steam? Persona 5 Royal will be released on new platforms on October 21, 2022.
Persona 4 Golden and Persona 3 Portable ports will come later.
